Image is a most important tool in the overall communication pathway. As you will know, a product sells on many features from look to benefits conferred. Where there are many available products the differentiating features will push one to the foreground. Communication is similar. Through our image we are already transferring a sense of confidence, neatness, dress sense, balance, maturity, or the opposite, and so forth. It's a cocktail that must be carefully mixed, shaken or stirred for the right effect. Thereafter, the sense of presence, style and knowledge that we bring to any form of presentation further enhances the image. All come together to make for what we wish to translate.
