Introducing New Recruits

We examine the organisation with each function or area to get the overview of how everything works, how the structures relate, what the key functions are and who is responsible for what where. We take new employees on an A to Z tour of the facilities both in session and literally. We explain the rules, the requirements, the job and with some local assistance the job specifics. We introduce the key people and set out the expectations. In short, we ensure that new hires are fully trained for the job and understand the company.
