What ensures that teams or work groups or structures are successful? We believe the workplace culture and ethos is a vital component. Coupled with this is the belief throughout that people can, will and are allowed to go do. Obviously, there are checks and balances required. People expect this as much as freedom to perform and deliver. It's never all rosy in the garden so clear systems which address issues and manage consequences are necessary.
