Safety in OperationsSafety in operations is paramount to all else.The work environment and tools must deliver on safety. People must deliver on safety. The combination of people, environment and tools needs to be conducive to safe work practices. Systems, procedures and instructions must be sufficient to the task and provide the information necessary for safe work practices. The controls must be in place. Our safety solutions concentrate on the key areas of procedures, instructions, workplace assessments, permits to work, checklists, forums for discussion, process safety management, hazard analyses systems and on investigation and reporting techniques. We specifically deal with the 'Management of Change' as a key safety issue. Our safety solutions are designed specifically to each client's situation.
